Press Release: City Brand Media Acquires Major Stake in Butts In Seats Marketing, LLC, Owner of Brands and

City Brand Media will launch both DineSmart and LunchClub brands nationally and internationally thru their 450 City branded website network. Launch scheduled for early 2017.

Scottsdale, AZ, December 02, 2016 – City Brand Media (“CBM”) today announced that it is now the largest shareholder in Scottsdale, Arizona based Butts In Seats Marketing, LLC. (“BISM”).  BISM owns the brands and, and both brands are undergoing a complete new software and website rebuild, along with the development of 2 new APPS.

CEO and Co-Founder of CBM, Fred Mercaldo states:

“With our strong presence nationally thru our vast network of trusted City(dot)com sites, we plan on bringing both DineSmart and LunchClub to every major market not only in the US, but internationally as well. These brands compliment our aggressive plans for our revamped Restaurant Directories in each city, as they are one of the most visited and heavily trafficked areas on our sites.”

Plans to integrate both DineSmart and LunchClub throughout the CBM network will begin in early 2017, and continue aggressively thru 2018, including international expansion. Mercaldo further states:
